An all-star roster of indie filmmakers who put on a show that delivered the same emotional range you experience while watching your favourite team on the field. The Indie League was inspired by the way sports bring people together - everyone making independent film is on the same team, so we built a night that actually felt that way. Short films are where filmmakers find their voice, and they deserve a real premiere and a full room.

Sponsoring The Indie League puts your brand in front of a full house of indie filmmakers, their friends, and the locals cheering them on. 153 seats at The Cinematheque. Vancouver creatives, filmmakers, indie film fans, plus the friends, dates, and locals along for the ride.

Printed programs were handed out to all attendees and featured sponsor recognition based on tier. Benefits also included on-screen recognition, social media mentions, a Step & Repeat branded photo wall with sponsor logos for MVP sponsors, a Full Indie League Merch Kit (includes sticker, hat, & jersey), and more.

July 27, 2026 for on-screen visibility and August 5, 2026 for full print, with sponsor ticket packages available through July 30, 2026.
